Reading the online documents
You have set up your system as described in Step 1, selected a flat rate access and completed the purchasing process.You now have full access to all erWin Online documents.In order to view model-specific information, use the menu item "Training Item" or "Repair information in PDF format"to find your relevant document.In the search results, click on the document title to access the document properties.
If you have a valid flat rate, an Open document button appears in the document properties at the bottom.Click on this button to open the document in your browser.
Depending on document size and your Internet connection, it can take several minutes until the document has finished loading.Please be patient until this is finished.
All the vehicle-specific information is displayed once you have entered the VIN directly in your browser.
Access period to the electronic service information starts immediately after conclusion of purchase contract through the buyer.
